Claire can offer all styles, shapes and sizes of cake and also custom design a cake especially for you.Claire also has a comprehensive list of recipes to suit your requirements.
After a full consultation with you she can customise the cake to co-ordinate with your wedding or special occasion; choose a contemporary stacked cake, traditional tiered cake, single layer cake, charachter cake or various sizes of cupcakes. Claire can even supply a dummy cake with a cutting cake for the kitchen.
Claire can use her own hand made sugar flowers, fresh flowers or silk flowers or for a more modern design, other decorations can be used.
Claire lovingly bakes each cake/batch of cupcakes on her premises and hand makes the sugar flowers to match your design. Claire will work with your chosen florist to arrange for matching flowers for your wedding cake.Claire can also work with your own cake topper to create a cake especially for your occasion.
Claire’s food products are free range, responsibly sourced and/or organic wherever possible. Dietary requirements can also catered for. As well as this Claire uses tried and tested recipes and she always hand makes cakes fresh for every occasion. It is this passion and artistic flair along with her
